I told Claude to follow up with a lead. It did.

Hey,

Yesterday I told Claude to follow up with a lead.

I didn’t give an email address. Didn’t write the message. Didn’t even open Gmail.

I just said: “Follow up with Sarah from Acme Corp. Reassure her about the timeline and suggest a call next week.”

Claude looked her up in my CRM, checked our meeting notes, and sent a personalized email. Done.

Claude is incredibly smart but it doesn’t actually fully connect to anything.

You’re still the one copying contact info. Still writing follow-ups from scratch. Still switching between Gmail, your CRM, and your calendar 50 times a day.

I got tired of being the middleman between Claude and my tools.

So I built a system where Claude actually does the work.

It sends emails. Schedules meetings. Checks my calendar. Pulls context from meeting notes.

I just talk to Claude like it’s my assistant.

I put together a free guide showing how to build the first piece: an email workflow that Claude can trigger.

Takes about 15 minutes to set up.

This gets you about 10% of what my full setup does.

The guide shows you the email workflow. But my full system connects Claude to my CRM, calendar, meeting notes, task manager… all of it. That’s how I can just say “follow up with Sarah” and it happens.

I’m turning this into a product.
