A client built a feature that auto-posts AI comments into Reddit threads. I told them to kill it or put a human in front of it, and the reason applies to anyone trying to build presence on Reddit.
The check to run before you blame your product
Installs go flat after years of steady growth and every instinct says fix the product. It usually isn’t the product, and the real explanation calls for the opposite move.
